What perks is Disney+ offering subscribers?
Save money on Funko Pops, get a free Duolingo trial, and more
At launch, Disney+ is offering subscribers a surprisingly generous set of perks, all of which are available now. A few highlights include 20 percent off Adidas’ website and 15 percent off purchases from Funko and Loungefly. So if you’re a bobblehead collector and a Disney+ subscriber, you’ll start saving money when you buy new Funko Pops now.
Without further ado, here’s the complete list of the new Disney+ Perks, as per Disney:
- Six-month free DashPass membership from DoorDash (only for new subscribers)
- 20 percent off on adidas.com and in the adidas app
- 15 percent off purchases at Funko.com and Loungefly.com
- Three-month free trial of CLEAR+
- Two-month Super Duolingo free trial
- Free in-game emoji from Disney Emoji Blitz
- Chance to win tickets to the Freakier Friday World Premiere and be among the first to see the all-new sequel before it arrives in theaters August 8
- Chance to win a four-night cruise on the Disney Destiny, the newest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, sailing from Ft. Lauderdale beginning November 2025
- Special summer savings at the Walt Disney World Resort. Stay two nights or longer at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels and get rates starting from $99 per night at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
- Free Monopoly Go! and Star Wars TIE fighter in-game token
Disney plans to introduce new perks at “anytime,” suggesting that this list may evolve or grow in the near future. As I mentioned earlier, these perks are limited to Disney+ subscribers in the US, with intentions to roll out in other countries later this year.
Additionally, Disney has announced a perks program for Hulu subscribers set to launch on June 2. It will include new sweepstakes and special perks from brands such as Microsoft, Pure Green, and LG.
Currently, the Disney+ Perks program offers a combination of random contests, free trials, and discounts. While I might take advantage of some of the discounts offered in the future, nothing else particularly grabs my attention. I doubt this new perks initiative will attract new subscribers or prevent cancellations.
